Virtual Wifey School: Strengthening Your Stance in Your Marriage and Building Healthy Habits

Are you ready to show up as the best version of yourself in your marriage? Welcome to Virtual Wifey School, an empowering 5 day program designed to help wives strengthen their marriages and cultivate consistent, healthy habits. This class will meet daily via Zoom, offering personalized support, biblical instruction, and daily exercises to help you grow in your role as a wife.

A Quick Disclaimer from Your Instructor:

This program does not promise you will be the happiest married woman in all the land. It does promise to transform you, and as a result, your marriage. It will give you the education and strategies to improve your stance as a wife. You will still need to put these things into practice and exercise a healthy prayer life.

This class will teach you principles to sustain your marriage and introduce new ways of thinking about the way you show up in your marriage.

This course requires a high level of commitment. You’ll need to bring vulnerability, accountability, and a strong dedication to showing up every day—especially when things get tough. But if you’re willing to invest in yourself and your marriage, the results will be well worth it.

What You’ll Gain:

The greatest killer of a marriage is contempt and disdain for one another. That starts with indifference and lack of compassion and consideration. It does not develop out of nowhere. One disagreement turns into name calling, then there is a culture of disrespect in the relationship. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, the marriage is "on the rocks." 

That's where Wifey School comes in.

Throughout this challenge, we will dive deep into proven systems and practices to improve communication, connection, and consistency in your marriage. You’ll learn to prioritize your relationship, develop routines that benefit both you and your husband, and implement small, yet powerful actions that make a big difference. This is not just a course; it’s a transformational experience to unlock your femininity, create a harmonious home environment, and show up with more confidence and love in your marriage, while benefiting from a community of like-minded women.

Course Details:

-A physical copy of the Wifey School Journal along with other "course materials" to complete the challenge
- Daily Zoom Classes: Calls will take place May 5-May 9 (90-minute session) from12-1:30 pm CST, where I’ll provide tools, tips, and encouragement for your journey.
- Daily and Weekly Assignments: Each day, you’ll complete short assignments that guide you in reflecting on your marriage and improving your habits. Weekly homework through your journal will help you stay consistent after the meetings and integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life.
- Confidential Community: Connect with other wives who are on the same journey. Share your challenges, victories, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. Everything shared in the group stays within the group—your privacy is important.

Who Should Enroll:
This program is exclusively for wives. If you are not married, please wait for my upcoming program designed for wives and girlfriends. This is not a couples program; it’s focused on personal growth and development as a wife. You are encouraged (though not required) to keep your participation private from your husband until you’re ready to share your growth with him—and watch him be amazed at the transformation.

Schedule:
- Daily Group Calls: May 5-May 9 from 12pm-1:30pm CST 
- Pre-course Kickoff: You will complete 3 daily exercises before the first call, as outlined in your journal. 

By the end of the challenge, you’ll feel more empowered, with practical tools and habits to continue thriving as a wife and as an individual. You will feel less inclined to change your husband because you will UNDERSTAND him. This is your opportunity to show up better for yourself and your family, and to create lasting positive change in your marriage.
