Wifey Journal (Digital Download)

Similar to the Wifey Challenge, this is a 30-day journaling and improvement exercise. Over the course of the 30 days, you will be tasked with 30 in depth assignments (one for each day) that are designed to present a perspective for reflection as well as insight to why these practices work. The goal of this challenge is to end the month feeling more empowered with tools and resources to further unlock your femininity, while also showing up better for yourself AND your family. This is not a couple's challenge, and if you do not wish to, you don't have to share it with your husband, in fact it is encouraged that you do not and just allow him to be amazed with the results of your progress instead. This version of the journal is a download sent directly to your email. You will need to print or work the exercises from the digital download.
